Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and dispatched immediately. All orders received before 1pm from our own branded range are dispatched the same day on a 48 hour delivery service (EXCLUDES WEEKENDS). Orders received after 1pm are sent the following day. Orders sent from our UK manufacturer are sent direct. Delivery times differ, depending on the product, every product will have the delivery schedule advised on its product page. Please see below:
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery is free to mainland UK. We can deliver to the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland but it will incur a charge. Please contact us with the item you require and we will give you a quote for the delivery.
Payment must be received before we can send the goods.
Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: We guarantee to dispatch all orders as per the schedule on the product page but we cannot guarantee delivery for the to be made in this period as we are in the hands of the courier. We use only reliable well known couriers so 99% of deliveries are on time. All orders are sent either by our courier and require a signature on delivery. If there is nobody at home during the week, then please consider supplying an alternative address, i.e. a neighbours or work address perhaps. All items must be checked on delivery! We make sure all our parcels are well packaged and checked before they leave the stockroom. The outer packaging is labelled FRAGILE for maximum protection during transport. If upon delivery the box looks damaged or as if it might have been tampered with, you must refuse to accept it. What will happen is the courier will return the damaged item back to us (which is covered by our insurance) and we'll send you a replacement. We cannot be held responsible for damage claims after goods have been accepted.
