If, for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product you are able to return your items to us within 30 days.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items, unless we have sent you the wrong products. When returning your items you can use a courier of your choice, or if more convenient we can organise a courier for you at a flat fee of £20 per box (a rate set by our delivery partners). Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must notify us before sending your items back to us.
All refunds will be paid back to the payment method used for the original transaction. We will begin processing your refund once we have received the items back and inspected them, you will receive the credit within a number of days, depending on your bank or the third party channel that processed the original transaction.
